Why did I select these images? When I first started looking at images of mask, I knew I liked the masquerade themes, so I started there. I found ones that have a butterfly design on it and thought of the theme of nature and animals for my mask. So I tied butterflies with a masquerade and patterns along.

My Final Mask!
Explain how you used the Elements and Principles in your finished mask. I used the elements and principles of color, shape, and line to make my mask. The shape and line are in all the different patterns used. The color is the light and dark blue and purple which help tie the theme for my mask of nature and animals.
Share your opinion of your finished mask and what you thought about creating the mask. I liked the hand on art-making of making a mask. It was a cool way to make it personal and interesting while still doing school work.
